Renato Bittar

Renato Bittar is a Paraguayan FIFA football agent and a leading figure at La Squadra Sports, an Asunción-based player representation agency focused on South American talent and international football pathways. His work is closely connected to players moving from Paraguay, Brazil and Argentina into major markets across Europe, North America and other competitive leagues. Through La Squadra Sports, Bittar has built a representation profile tied to both established internationals and high-upside young players. The agency’s work has been connected to players competing in the Premier League, MLS, Brazil, Paraguay and other global markets, including deal activity involving Diego Gómez, Omar Alderete, Gustavo Gómez, Mathías Villasanti and Diego León. That portfolio reflects a strong focus on Paraguayan football, South American scouting and the timing required to move players into larger sporting projects. Bittar’s profile reflects a modern South American agent model built around regional player identification, club relationships, transfer strategy and long-term career planning. His work sits at the intersection of talent development, cross-border negotiation, family guidance, market positioning and player support. Through La Squadra Sports, he operates within a platform focused on creating international pathways for South American players while helping athletes navigate the transition from domestic football into higher-profile leagues and more complex career opportunities.
