Robert Bailey

Robert Bailey is an NFLPA-certified Contract Advisor and sports executive with Rosenhaus Sports Representation (RSR), where he serves as President and works closely with agency founder Drew Rosenhaus in representing NFL players in contract negotiations, career management, and athlete advisory services. Bailey is a former NFL cornerback who played for multiple teams during his professional career, including the Los Angeles Rams, Dallas Cowboys, Washington Commanders, Detroit Lions, and Baltimore Ravens. After retiring from professional football, he transitioned directly into sports representation, joining Rosenhaus Sports Representation and quickly rising into a senior leadership role within the agency. At RSR, Bailey oversees key aspects of football operations and player representation strategy, working alongside one of the most prominent agencies in the NFL.
