Ross Jones

Ross Jones is an NFL Players Association (NFLPA) Certified Contract Advisor and Partner at Leverage Football, where he represents professional football players through every stage of their NFL careers. Certified as an NFL contract advisor since 2018, he works with athletes on contract negotiations, NFL Draft preparation, free agency, endorsement opportunities, and long-term career planning. As a partner at the Las Vegas-based agency, he plays a key role in delivering personalized representation while helping clients maximize their professional and financial opportunities. Before entering athlete representation, Jones spent approximately 15 years working in the National Football League. His extensive experience within the league provides him with firsthand knowledge of player evaluation, roster construction, organizational operations, and the challenges athletes face throughout their careers. That background has become a defining aspect of his approach as an agent, allowing him to guide clients with practical insight into both the competitive and business sides of professional football. At Leverage Football, Jones is part of a multidisciplinary team that provides comprehensive representation beyond contract negotiations. The agency offers services including draft preparation, marketing and endorsement strategy, brand development, off-season planning, post-playing career transitions, and business advisory support. Working alongside experienced agents and attorneys, he helps athletes develop strategies that position them for success both during their playing careers and after football.
