With more than two decades of experience in sports representation, Lawson has built a reputation for providing highly personalized athlete management, contract advisory services, draft preparation, marketing support, and long-term career development for professional football players and elite prospects. He has been certified by the NFL Players Association since 2014 and continues to represent athletes through STL Sports Group's full-service platform. Lawson began his career in sports representation under legendary agent David Falk, working at FAME/SFX Sports Group shortly after graduating from Howard University. During his time at SFX, he worked in athlete marketing and endorsement development, supporting NBA players and learning the business under one of the industry's most respected figures.
