Sam Mirza is an NFL Players Association (NFLPA) Certified Contract Advisor, attorney, and Director of Football at Equity Sports, where he represents professional football players in contract negotiations, career development, marketing, and long-term business planning. Certified as an NFLPA agent since 2013, Mirza has built a reputation for providing personalized representation and maintaining close relationships with his clients and their families. As part of Equity Sports' football leadership team, he works alongside experienced agents to deliver comprehensive services that extend beyond contract negotiations to include branding, endorsements, and career management. Mirza earned his Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law, completing the program in just two years. Before joining Equity Sports, he founded The Mogul Group, where he was responsible for negotiating player contracts while also overseeing branding, marketing, and endorsement opportunities for professional athletes. His legal education and business experience have provided a strong foundation in contract negotiation and athlete advocacy, enabling him to guide clients through the business aspects of professional football. Originally from Baltimore and now based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Mirza joined the PFS Agency in 2019 before later becoming Director of Football at Equity Sports.
