Biography
Sarah Jackson is an NFL Players Association (NFLPA) Certified Contract Advisor and sports agent with 3XL Sports Management, where she represents professional football players throughout the NFL Draft process, contract negotiations, free agency, and long-term career development. Certified in 2019, she has established herself as one of the younger women in the profession, bringing together experience in sports management, legal studies, and athlete advocacy to provide comprehensive representation for football players at both the collegiate and professional levels.
A former Division I student-athlete, Jackson played goalkeeper for the women's soccer team at the University of Michigan while earning a Bachelor of Arts in Sport Management. She later completed a Master of Legal Studies with a concentration in business at Northeastern University, strengthening her foundation in contract law, business strategy, and sports governance. Her academic background, combined with her experience as a collegiate athlete, has shaped a representation philosophy centered on understanding both the competitive and business realities of professional sports.
Jackson began preparing for a career in athlete representation while still in college, interning at a sports performance facility that trained NFL Draft prospects before working with several football agents and sports agencies between 2016 and 2019. At just 23 years old, she became one of the youngest women to pass the NFLPA Contract Advisor examination. She subsequently founded and operated her own sports agency for several years, negotiating contracts for athletes across multiple professional football leagues while also advising clients on NIL opportunities and post-playing career planning.
