Biography
Savannah Foster is an NFL Players Association (NFLPA) Certified Contract Advisor and Partner at Athletes First, where she also serves as Vice President of Client Relations. Based in California, she has spent more than 15 years with the agency, rising from an entry-level receptionist role to one of its senior leadership positions while becoming one of the few female NFL agents in the industry. Her work focuses on managing the off-field and business interests of NFL players and coaches, supporting contract-related strategy, client development, and long-term career planning within one of the league’s most prominent agencies.
Foster’s career at Athletes First began in 2008, where she gradually moved into client relations and football representation responsibilities while working closely with senior executives on contract negotiations and player services. Over time, she helped formalize and expand the agency’s client relations department, overseeing the support structure for hundreds of NFL players and coaches. Her role has included managing day-to-day client needs, coordinating business opportunities, and contributing to recruiting and roster-building efforts across the agency’s football division.
Alongside her work in client relations, Foster became an NFLPA-certified agent after pursuing additional professional training and graduate study, enabling her to take on more direct involvement in player representation and contract advisory work. Her dual role allows her to bridge business operations and athlete representation, contributing to contract strategy while ensuring clients receive comprehensive off-field support.
