Biography
Sean Stellato is an NFLPA-certified contract advisor, sports agent, author, and founder of SES, LLC (Stellato Sports), a Massachusetts-based athlete representation and marketing agency. Certified by the NFL Players Association since 2005, Stellato has spent more than two decades representing NFL players and negotiating professional football contracts. A former football and basketball player at Marist College, he later played professional arena football before transitioning into athlete representation, where he built a reputation for his relentless work ethic and client-focused approach.
Stellato founded SES Sports in 2013 and has represented numerous NFL players throughout his career, including Tommy DeVito, Alfred Morris, Shaun Draughn, Ryan Allen, Chris Manhertz, and several Super Bowl champions. He gained national recognition in 2023 during Tommy DeVito's breakout season with the New York Giants, when his distinctive style and passionate support for his client made him a viral figure across sports media. Beyond contract negotiations, Stellato assists athletes with branding, endorsements, combine preparation, and long-term career development.
As President of SES Sports, Stellato oversees a full-service agency that provides contract management, marketing, endorsement procurement, training resources, and post-career guidance for athletes. Throughout his career, he has negotiated millions of dollars in NFL contracts and secured endorsement opportunities with major brands. In addition to his work as an agent, he is a motivational speaker, philanthropist, and author of No Backing Down and 4th and Long, drawing on his experiences as an athlete and entrepreneur to inspire others.
