Shane Costa is an NFL Players Association (NFLPA) Certified Contract Advisor, attorney, and the Director of Football Operations at Generation Sports Group, a full-service sports agency representing professional football players. A native of Western New York, Costa has spent more than a decade working in professional football, combining experience in NFL front office operations, legal training, and athlete representation.
