Biography
Shannon Holmes is an NFL Players Association (NFLPA) Certified Contract Advisor and founder of Professional Sports Planning, LLC, a Texas-based sports management and advisory firm that provides representation and strategic guidance to professional football players. In addition to his work as an NFL agent, he is the managing attorney of The Law Firm of Shannon Anthony Holmes, PLLC, where he focuses on business law, asset protection, wealth preservation, civil litigation, and sports-related legal matters. His dual background in law and athlete representation allows him to provide clients with comprehensive guidance on both their professional careers and long-term business interests.
Before entering the legal profession, Holmes spent approximately 15 years in the financial services industry, working as a commercial banker and investment advisor. He later earned his Juris Doctor with honors from the Thurgood Marshall School of Law after completing a bachelor's degree in economics and an MBA. His legal career includes service as a felony prosecutor in the Dallas County District Attorney's Office and as a Senior Assistant City Attorney for the City of Dallas, where he handled matters involving real estate and housing law.
