Shawn Lauvao is an NFLPA-certified Contract Advisor and sports agent with AMDG Sports, a full-service athlete representation and management firm specializing in NFL player representation, contract negotiations, and career development. A former NFL offensive lineman with nearly a decade of professional playing experience, Lauvao brings firsthand knowledge of the league to his work as an athlete representative, helping players navigate the business and competitive demands of professional football. Prior to transitioning into sports representation, Lauvao enjoyed a successful NFL career after being selected by the Cleveland Browns in the third round of the 2010 NFL Draft out of Arizona State University. Over the course of his playing career, he appeared in more than 100 NFL games and made over 90 starts for the Browns and the Washington Redskins (now the Washington Commanders).
