Shawn O'Dare is an NFLPA-certified sports agent with Rosenhaus Sports Representation, where he represents professional football players in contract negotiations, career management, and name, image, and likeness (NIL) opportunities. He joined Rosenhaus Sports in 2021 after beginning his agency career with First Round Management, bringing experience in both NFL player representation and collegiate athlete branding. At Rosenhaus Sports, he works alongside one of the industry's most established football agencies, helping clients navigate the NFL Draft process, contract negotiations, free agency, and long-term career planning. Born and raised in Florida, O'Dare attended Vero Beach High School, where he led the football program to consecutive district championships as the starting quarterback. He went on to play wide receiver at the University of Miami while earning a bachelor's degree in Sport Administration. Following his playing career, he remained with the Hurricanes football program as an intern while completing a master's degree in Sport Administration, gaining valuable experience in football operations and athlete development before transitioning into sports representation. O'Dare became an NFLPA-certified contract advisor in 2015 and has represented professional football players throughout the country while also playing a significant role in the rapidly evolving NIL landscape. Before joining Rosenhaus Sports, he helped secure NIL representation agreements for numerous University of Miami football players and other collegiate athletes, developing expertise in branding, marketing, and athlete business opportunities in addition to traditional contract negotiations.
