Danny Trejo

Represented Danny Trejo in his free transfer from USL Championship side Phoenix Rising FC to Korona Kielce in Poland’s First Division. This was the first-ever move of a USL Championship player to Poland and one of the rare cases of a player transitioning directly from the league into European football. I collaborated with a partner agent to finalize the deal, which secured Trejo an annual salary exceeding €100,000—a significant financial upgrade compared to his USL earnings.

Kim Kee Hee

Represented Kim Kee-hee in his transfer from Shanghai Shenhua (Chinese Super League) to Seattle Sounders (MLS). Despite Shanghai paying him $2.5M net annually, Seattle had a limited budget of ~$800K. Leveraging Shanghai’s need to clear a foreign player roster spot, I negotiated a mutual termination where Kim received his full contract value from Shanghai. This enabled Seattle to sign him on a 2-year guaranteed $1.6M deal with no transfer fee. In the second year of his contract, Kim was a key starter and helped the Sounders capture the MLS Cup Championship.

Obafemi Martins

Negotiated the transfer of Obafemi Martins from Seattle Sounders (MLS) to Shanghai Shenhua (Chinese Super League). Although Seattle initially resisted the move, I secured a $3M transfer fee from Shanghai. Martins went on to earn €23M net over three years—more than triple what he was set to earn under the final four years of his Sounders contract, despite already being one of MLS’s highest-paid players.

Negotiated a Designated Player deal for U.S. National Team legend Jozy Altidore with Toronto FC (2022). Restructured his contract by increasing compensation, extending guaranteed years, and adding performance bonuses. Also secured a critical no-trade clause, which proved pivotal in 2023 when New England Revolution pursued him—ensuring negotiations were conducted from a position of strength.
