Stefphon Jefferson is an NFL Players Association (NFLPA) Certified Contract Advisor and sports agent with KMM Sports. Certified in 2023, he transitioned into athlete representation after a football career that included standout collegiate accomplishments and professional experience. At KMM Sports, he works with football athletes on contract negotiations, draft preparation, career management, and long-term professional development as part of the agency's full-service representation model. Before becoming an agent, Jefferson was one of the nation's most productive collegiate running backs at the University of Nevada. During the 2012 season, he rushed for 1,883 yards and 24 touchdowns, earning First-Team All-Mountain West honors and Second-Team All-American recognition. Following his collegiate career, he signed with the Tennessee Titans as an undrafted free agent and also spent time with the Calgary Stampeders of the Canadian Football League, giving him firsthand experience with the transition from college football to the professional ranks. Jefferson complements his playing experience with a strong educational background, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Nevada and a Master of Education from Saint Francis University.
