Stephen L. Dubin is an NFL Players Association (NFLPA) Certified Contract Advisor, attorney, and founding partner of Yee & Dubin Sports, LLC, a Southern California-based sports management and consulting firm. Certified by the NFLPA since 1999, Dubin has spent more than two decades representing professional football players, coaches, and other sports professionals. His practice extends well beyond contract negotiations, encompassing endorsement and licensing agreements, career counseling, legal representation, marketing, financial services referrals, estate planning, and long-term career management. A native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Dubin earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan before receiving his Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. Prior to entering the sports industry, he developed an extensive background in law, advertising, promotions, and marketing, experience that has become a defining aspect of his approach to athlete representation. The firm has represented an impressive roster of NFL players and coaches, including Super Bowl MVPs, championship-winning head coaches, Olympic gold medalists, and one of the most accomplished quarterbacks in NFL history, Tom Brady.
