Steve Caric is an NFLPA-certified Contract Advisor and Senior Vice President of Football at THE·TEAM (formerly Wasserman Football), where he represents NFL players in contract negotiations, career management, marketing, and endorsement opportunities. According to the National Football League Players Association (NFLPA), Caric has been certified as a Contract Advisor since 2008 and has negotiated contracts for numerous NFL players throughout his career. He is based in Las Vegas, Nevada, and provides services that include contract negotiation, endorsements, career counseling, public relations, marketing, and post-career planning. Caric founded Caric Sports Management in 2009, building the agency into a respected NFL representation firm known for its personalized approach to athlete advocacy. Over the next decade, he developed a roster that included Pro Bowl and veteran NFL players such as Zach Ertz, Dalton Schultz, T.J. Edwards, Logan Wilson, Austin Hooper, and others. In 2023, Caric Sports Management was acquired by THE·TEAM, and Caric joined the organization as Senior Vice President of Football. A native of Bakersfield, California, Caric graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in communications and public relations. Before launching his own agency, he held positions in sports marketing, public relations, and athlete management, including roles with Hill & Knowlton and Premier Sports Management. His background in communications and athlete branding has contributed to his comprehensive approach to player representation.
