Biography
Tabetha D. Plummer is an attorney, NFLPA-certified contract advisor, NBPA-certified agent, and co-founder of CREED Sports & Entertainment, a boutique athlete representation and management firm based in Encino, California. Certified by the NFL Players Association since 2018, she provides contract negotiation, endorsement representation, and strategic career guidance for professional athletes. Plummer earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University and is also a member of the California Bar.
In addition to her work as a sports agent, Plummer is a nationally recognized sports and entertainment attorney with extensive experience representing high-profile athletes, entertainers, and industry executives. Her client roster has included notable figures such as Deion Sanders, Bryce Young, Snoop Dogg, Ledisi, and Jhené Aiko, while her sports practice has expanded to include major NIL and endorsement deals for athletes including Travis Hunter, Shedeur Sanders, and Shilo Sanders. She has been recognized multiple times among Billboard’s top music lawyers and is widely regarded for her expertise in contract negotiations and athlete advocacy.
As a co-founder of CREED Sports & Entertainment, Plummer helped establish one of the first Black women-owned sports agencies, building a firm focused on contract negotiations, NIL representation, marketing, athlete development, and long-term career planning. CREED's mission emphasizes personalized representation, empowerment, and legacy-building for athletes both on and off the field.
