Thomas Converse

Thomas Converse is an NFL Players Association (NFLPA) Certified Contract Advisor with Young Money APAA Sports, where he represents professional football players in contract negotiations, career planning, and long-term athlete development. He became NFLPA certified in 2023 and is part of the agency's football division, working with athletes throughout the NFL Draft process, free agency, and their professional careers. Young Money APAA Sports is a full-service sports agency recognized for its integrated approach to athlete representation, marketing, branding, and business development. Converse earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Mississippi State University in 2019 before completing a Master of Science in Sport Management at West Virginia University in 2022. Growing up in the Southeastern Conference (SEC) region, he developed a strong passion for football and the business of sports, which ultimately led him to pursue a career in athlete representation. His graduate education in sport management provided him with a solid foundation in sports administration, contract management, and athlete services. After obtaining his NFLPA certification, Converse joined Young Money APAA Sports, where he works alongside an experienced team of agents representing NFL players, NBA athletes, and Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) clients.
