Thomas Freismuth is an Austrian football agent, educator, and Managing Director of GROW, a London-based player agency focused on rising talent across Europe and North America. A former Austrian footballer, Freismuth studied International Football Business at UCFB in London and built industry experience with organizations including Red Bull, the UEFA Champions League, Chelsea FC, Liverpool FC, and SK Rapid Vienna. At GROW, he represents professional players across Europe, with an emphasis on player development, career planning, international transfers, education, and mental performance support.
