Biography
Torrian Jones serves as the Head of Priority Sports Grassroots Recruiting while also supporting Kyle McAlarney in directing the company’s Player Development Program. A former multi-year captain and starter at the University of Notre Dame (2000–2004), Torrian helped lead the Irish back to national prominence, highlighted by a Sweet 16 appearance in 2003.
After a brief stint in the G League, Torrian began training youth players in the Northeast, driven by a deep passion for mentorship and an obsessive commitment to the fundamentals of skill development. His dedication propelled him up the coaching ranks—from the high school level to a return to his alma mater in 2015, where he served in a dual role as an academic counselor and mentor for teams that reached back-to-back Elite Eights in 2015 and 2016.
Torrian went on to spend seven years as an assistant coach at the University of Delaware, specializing in player development and working directly with multiple all-conference athletes across every position. In 2023, he joined Priority Sports, bringing with him a uniquely comprehensive background that spans recruiting, coaching, mentorship, and athlete development.
Today, Torrian leverages his multi-faceted experience across the basketball landscape to help prospects at all levels navigate every aspect of building a successful career.
