Valyncia M. Johnson is an NFL Players Association (NFLPA) Certified Contract Advisor and the founder and chief executive of IMAGES Management, LLC, a boutique talent representation and public relations agency based in Birmingham, Alabama. Certified as an NFL agent in 2023, she represents professional football players while also leading an agency that specializes in athlete management, brand strategy, public relations, business development, and strategic partnerships. As one of the few Black women certified to represent NFL players, she has built her career around helping athletes maximize opportunities both on and off the field. Johnson is a graduate of the University of Alabama and launched IMAGES Management after several years of experience in communications, marketing, and sports business.
