Allison Galer

Allison Galer is a WNBA agent, attorney and founder of Disrupt The Game, a women’s sports representation agency based in Los Angeles. Her work is closely tied to the growth of women’s basketball and the broader business of women’s sports, with a focus on player representation, overseas opportunities, marketing, endorsements, media work and long-term athlete brand development. Galer launched Disrupt The Game at age 22 after graduating from Brown University, where she played basketball and developed her early connection to the women’s game. She later earned her law degree from UCLA School of Law while building the agency, becoming a licensed attorney as well as a certified WNBA and FIBA agent. Her background includes early sports-business experience with the Los Angeles Sparks, Fox Sports Net, Lagardère Unlimited and RaptorAccelerator, giving her a foundation across team operations, media, athlete marketing and basketball representation. Through Disrupt The Game, Galer has built a representation profile centered on elevating women athletes on and off the court. Her work has included WNBA players, international basketball clients, broadcasters, soccer players and women’s sports personalities, with a model focused on contract negotiation, brand strategy, storytelling, media positioning and commercial growth. Her profile reflects a modern women’s sports agent model: combining legal training, basketball knowledge, cultural awareness and athlete advocacy to help clients build sustainable careers across competition, content, endorsements and long-term public visibility.
