Christopher Cabott is an NFLPA-certified Contract Advisor, attorney, and the Chief Executive Officer of Equity Sports, a full-service athlete representation, marketing, and consulting firm. According to the National Football League Players Association (NFLPA), Cabott has been certified as a Contract Advisor since 2007 and has negotiated numerous NFL player contracts throughout his career. He is based in Los Angeles, California, and leads Equity Sports' football operations and overall strategic direction. Cabott is widely recognized for his leadership in the sports representation industry. Prior to the creation of Equity Sports, he served as CEO of Steinberg Sports & Entertainment, working alongside renowned sports agent Leigh Steinberg. In 2023, following a company-wide rebranding, the agency became Equity Sports, with Cabott continuing as CEO and leading its football division. As CEO and an NFLPA-certified agent, Cabott oversees athlete representation, contract negotiations, marketing initiatives, brand development, and career management services.
