Federico Pastorello - Sports Agent

Profile

Biography

Founder and CEO of P&P Sport Management, a Monaco-based international player representation agency he established in 1996. Pastorello grew up in football — his father, Giambattista Pastorello, was a long-time club executive in Italian football — and Federico followed that path into agency work, blending deep negotiation skills with a global network across Europe’s top leagues. Under his leadership, P&P Sport Management has grown into one of Europe’s notable boutique agencies, representing a mix of established internationals and rising talents across Serie A, the Premier League, La Liga, and other major leagues. Pastorello’s work on high-value transfers and contracts has earned him international recognition, including the Globe Soccer “Best Agent of the Year” award in 2021.

Romelu Lukaku

Managed the transfer of Romelu Lukaku from Inter Milan to Chelsea in August 2021. This move was roughly £97.5 million (€115 million) — one of the most expensive transfers in football that year — and reaffirmed Lukaku’s status as one of Europe’s elite strikers. Our negotiation navigated complex club interests and helped secure a long-term contract at a top-tier Premier League club during a post-COVID transfer market. Summary: The deal marked a pinnacle in Pastorello’s career and contributed to his recognition as Best Agent of the Year, illustrating his ability to close major international transfers involving elite players.
