Rafaela Pimenta

Rafaela Vitale Pimenta is a Brazilian-born football agent and lawyer widely regarded as one of the game’s foremost super-agents and a trailblazer for women in football representation. Originally trained in law with expertise in international and antitrust matters, she worked with former superstar agent Mino Raiola for nearly two decades, handling legal structuring and client advisory before assuming leadership of his Monaco-based agency (Named "One") after his death in April 2022. Since taking the helm, Pimenta has continued to manage a high-profile roster of elite players — including some of world football’s biggest stars — negotiating landmark contracts and transfers and solidifying her place among the most powerful figures in the sport. She was the only football figure featured in Forbes’ “50 Over 50” list for 2026, underscoring her influence and impact.
