Rich Paul

Rich Paul is a pioneering NBA certified agent and the founder of Klutch Sports Group, one of the most influential athlete representation agencies in modern sports. He began his career as a sports agent after forming relationships with future NBA stars through his work with LeBron James — a partnership that helped launch Klutch in 2012. Over the years, Paul has expanded Klutch’s footprint far beyond a single client, building a roster of elite NBA talent and reshaping agent representation culture in professional basketball. Rich Paul’s client list includes some of the biggest names in the NBA, such as LeBron James, Anthony Davis, Ben Simmons, Trae Young, John Wall, Draymond Green, Brandon Ingram, and Jrue Holiday, among others. He has negotiated multiple landmark contracts, including record-setting extensions and max deals that have redefined market standards for players at every position. Paul’s approach — a blend of cultural insight, personal advocacy, and aggressive negotiation — has made him one of the most powerful figures in the NBA business world.
