Biography
Tom Condon is a veteran NFL agent, former professional football player and one of the most influential representatives in the history of football agency. A former offensive lineman at Boston College, Condon played in the NFL for the Kansas City Chiefs and New England Patriots before moving into player representation. During his playing career, he earned his law degree and served as president of the NFL Players Association, giving him a rare foundation in both the locker room and the labor side of professional football.
Condon later joined IMG and then moved to Creative Artists Agency, where he helped build CAA Football into one of the most powerful representation groups in the NFL.
