Volker Struth (born 10 March 1966 in Pulheim, Germany) is one of the most influential football agents in European soccer and the co-founder and managing director of Sports360 GmbH (originally founded as SportsTotal in 2007). Struth didn’t start in football — he worked in business and entrepreneurship before entering the sport through contacts with German football leadership, ultimately turning his focus to player representation. Today his agency is considered one of the most powerful in Germany, representing elite professionals and coaches across top European leagues, particularly the Bundesliga. Struth has negotiated numerous major contracts and transfers and regularly appears on rankings of the highest-earning sports agents globally.
