William Salthouse

Founder/CEO of Unique Sports Group, a prominent European football talent agency based in London. Salthouse has established himself as a strategic, low-profile intermediary in modern football representation by building an agency that offers comprehensive player services — from contract negotiation to commercial and career development — and amassing a large roster of professional footballers across major leagues. He has been active in football management since at least the early 2020s and has cultivated close industry relationships, including reported links with club owners and recruitment networks, which have helped his agency expand and attract high-profile clients. Under Salthouse’s leadership, Unique Sports Group has grown rapidly, supported by significant investment backing that has helped it compete with larger agencies across Europe, attract hundreds of clients, and broaden its operations into new markets and services.
